Dr. Kagetsu utilizes deep muscular therapy and rehabilitation along with his spinal adjustments. He is certified in many rehabilitation techniques, detailed below. Dr. Kagetsu also has extensive post graduate training in Spine Rehabilitation, Graston Soft Tissue Technique, Active Release Technique Soft Tissue Technique, Advanced Shoulder Rehabilitation, and Neuromuscular ReEducation Soft Tissue Management. He has completed continuing education in Sports Medicine, Cold Laser Therapy, Orthopedics, Personal Injury, Whiplash Injury, Radiology and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Xavier Ibarreta, BSc, DC, c.ART
Dr. Ibarreta is a certified Active Release Technique (ART) and Graston Technique provider. He has extensive post graduate training in Spine and Extremity Rehabilitation and Soft Tissue Management. He has completed Continuing Education in Sports Medicine, Radiology, Whiplash Injury and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Ibarreta has been the team chiropractor and assistant coach for the Rainier Beach Track Club. He has also been appointed the team doctor for the King County Jaguars, a semi-pro football team that competes in the Northwest Football League (NWFL) and the North American Football League (NAFL).
Dr. Ibarreta completed his postgraduate training in whiplash through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego (SRISD). In this program, Whiplash Specialists, Auto Accident Reconstructionists, PhD Biomechanists and PhD Mechanical Engineers lecture on topics related to whiplash injury. When not treating patients at the clinic, Dr. Ibarreta enjoys running and weightlifting. He is a provincial record holder, and was ranked 13th in Canada nationally in the 400m sprint hurdles before retiring
to attend Chiropractic school in Portland OR

Jimmie Doss is our full-time athletic trainer and licensed x-ray technician at Midway Chiropractic. He oversees all exercise rehabilitation and radiology at the clinic. Jimmie played football and was a defensive back for Washington State University. He is very experienced with core stabilization exercises as well as extremity rehabilitation.
