Dr. Adele Clark was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. She developed passions for sports and music at a young age playing competitive hockey and volleyball as well as learning to play the violin and guitar.
When Adele was sixteen years old she was in a rear-end motor vehicle collision and suffered low back pain as a result. She was introduced to Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) at a chiropractic clinic and was beyond happy with the progress of her condition. “If you can do this much for me in one treatment, I want to be able to do this for as many people as possible” she remembers saying to her chiropractor after her first visit.
Her passion for athletics and sports led her to Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada where she completed her degree in Kinesiology, the study of human movement, knowing full well that she would one day become a chiropractor. Adele went on to study the science and art of chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College where she received extensive hands on training and grew into the doctor she is today.
Dr. Adele is passionate about educating her patients about self-care, prevention, posture, and core strength. “I want patients to learn something new at each visit and leave motivated to implement what they have learned to improve the quality of their life”.
